Stephanie and Christopher, Sorry to here of your Dad’s passing, fond memories of year’s gone by, when visits were travelled across the road for Steph and Kathy to play and to see what Max’s was up to. Farming was always the topic between your Dad and mine. Your Dad always had a smile, first to say hello a great neighbour as we treasure all the times we shared together.

Sincerest sympathy on the loss of your dad Jake. He was a very kind and thoughtful man. He knew that mom enjoyed to read so when he was finished with his magazines he’d slip them in the mailbox across the street for mom to enjoy too. It was those small gestures that proved that he cared for those around him. He always had a smile and a wave when we’d visit next door. He will truly be missed. Stephanie and Family ,sorry to hear about your Father. A gentleman in every respect! I had many chats with him , over the years that I worked for the Zurich Roads Dept. He was often at the brush pile toiling to retrieve wood ,to burn in his wood stove .When I was cutting or trimming trees in town I told him any wood that he could use, I would drop it off at his house ,instead of taking it to the brush pile.He was ever so appreciative of that .
