Heartfelt condolences go out to Sheila and family. I used to work with Cec at GM Diesel and I always enjoyed working with him. Whenever I think of the good old days at GM, I can’t help but have a smile on my face and I would often think of Cec. He will be sadly missed. Rest in Peace, Cec.

God has called Cecil home, but he will always remain in our hearts. His life was well lived and the closeness of his family is great proof of that. His body needed rest, but his soul lives on forever. Cecil left the world a better place and he will be well remembered.
