Cecil was a wonderful friend and mentor. His love and care were displayed to young and old alike. He had such a tender heart and love for God and His creation. We will miss him greatly at CBC.

Cecil was truly a soft spoken Gentleman . He stopped at our farm and kept our work shop supplied with tools and nuts, bolts etc. His help and advice over the years will be missed.
We had many great visits. It was a privilege to have known him.
