At McCormick Home, London on Monday, February 1, 2010 formerly of Lucan in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Edmund Armstrong (2000). Dear mother of Rhea and Robert Johnston of London, Elaine Armstrong and Jim Murata of Vancouver BC, Larry Armstrong and Terri Cunningham of Victoria BC and Michael Armstrong of London. Dear grandmother of Alex and Lisa, Andrew and Lise, Elizabeth and her fiancé Kent, Christine and Alex and great-grandmother of Carly and Caitlin. Dear sister of Carl Sutherland of Embro.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 6th at 11 AM with Rev. Kathy Wreford officiating. Interment St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye.
Donations to the Alzheimer Society or the McCormick Home Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Alex and I send our condolences to the Armstrong family:Elaine, Larry, Michael, and Rhea. Catherine(my grandmother) was a beautiful soul and we shall miss her deeply. Rhea and family,
I would like to extend my family’s deepest condolences. I’m so sorry to hear that your mom has passed. I know how difficult this time is for you.
It was so nice at Christmas to receive the picture of Catherine with my mom and Grandmother. I made copies for my brothers and they were really appreciative of receiving it. We have very little background of my mom’s family.
Due to prior committment on Saturday, we won’t be able to attend the funeral, but know we are thinking of you.
