At South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 of Exeter in her 79th year. Beloved wife of the late Wilfred Hugh Berdan (2004). Dear mother of Kirby and Clara Berdan of Exeter. Dear step-grandmother of Jamie Benson of Ottawa and Jackie Benson of Saskatchewan, and step-great-grandmother of Branden, Jordan and Madison.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, Exeter (1 street west of Main) on Saturday from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, prior to the complete funeral service, which will be held on Saturday, February 15th at 1 PM with Bob Heywood officiating. Cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by her family.

Gladys was a wonderful lady. She cared for me when I was a child and my mother (Arlette) and I spent a lot of time visiting with the Berdan’s. RIP Gladys.

Kirby Clara and families
My thoughts and prayers are with you in the loss of your mother. My memories of your parents go back a long while to the Guenther
Tuckey days. She was a very gracious lady to remember and I always enjoyed her company. May you remember all the good times and cherish her memories and she will live on in your hearts
