GOLDING: William Arthur

Mr. William Arthur “Art’ Golding age 91, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2006 in Fiddick’s Nursing Home, Petrolia. He was born on October 27, 1915 in Seaforth, Ontario. Predeceased by his much loved wife the former Viola Mary Stelck in 2004. Loving father of Ruth (Golding) and Larry Dawson of Tupperville, Bill and Rosemary Golding of Orillia and David and Barbara Golding of Lobo. Much beloved grandfather of Lisa (LaVoie) and John Mattlovich, David LaVoie and Crystal Ruzick, Jonathon Golding, Michael Golding and Brenna Jarvie and Mary Golding. Dearest great grandfather of Benjamin, Caley, Carley, Alicia, Kaitlyn, Keaton and Dylan and uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Survived by his brother Francis and his wife Jane, sister Marjory Montgomery and brother-in-law Jim Mark. Predeceased by his parents William Henry and Alena (Kenchen) Golding, sisters Evelyn and husband Paddy Parrot, Dorothy Mark and brother-in-law Ross Montgomery.

The funeral service will be conducted in the J. M. McBeath Funeral Home, 49 Goshen St. N., Zurich, on Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at 2 p.m.Visitation 1 hour prior to service time. Pastor Sharon Campbell Rayment officiating. Interment Bayfield Cemetery.

Sympathy may be expressed by a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of one’s choice.
