At South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Saturday, January 28, 2012 of Huron Park and formerly of Windsor in his 77th year.  Beloved husband of Mary (Loveridge) Taylor and the late Hazel Taylor.  Dear father of Elizabeth Carlson of London, Michael and Charmaine Somerton of Hensall, Jimmy Taylor of Brampton, Marie and Tim Hiscock of Kelowna, B.C., Robert Taylor of Ajax, Joseph Medley Taylor of Mississauga and Barbara and Glenn Burch of Brampton.  Also survived by 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.  Special uncle of Barbara and Bob and Robert Meyers.  Dear brother of Marjorie Radford of Detroit, Mickey Taylor of Chateauguay, Quebec, Stanley Taylor of Mississauga and Margaret Finley of Windsor.    Predeceased by a daughter Hazel, a son Thomas and siblings Mary Crittenden, Michael Taylor, Albirchie Finley, Abraham Taylor, Johnny Taylor, Charles Taylor and Eugene Taylor.

Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, (1 street west of Main), Exeter on Tuesday, January 31st from 1:30 – 3:30 PM where a funeral service will be held at 3:30 PM with Father Leonard G. Desjardins presiding.  Friends may also call at the Corpus Christi Church, 1400 Cabana Road West, Windsor for one hour prior to the funeral mass, which will be held on Thursday, February 2nd at 2 PM with Pastor James Roche officiating.  Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery, Windsor.

At Huronlea Home for the Aged, Brussels on Saturday, January 21, 2012, of Exeter and formerly of Port Franks in his 83rd year.  Beloved husband of Lauraine (Dafoe) Snell for 53 years.  Dear father of Tammy and Ricky Bade of Squamish, B.C.  Dear grandfather of James Bade and Shawn Robinson and great-grandfather of Johanna Robinson.  Dear brother and brother-in-law of William Franklin and Donalda Snell of Strathroy, Frieda Peckham of Strathroy, Hazel Perrier and Peter Moss of Claresholm, Alberta, Ila and Douglas Stevenson of London and Janice and Ron Lucas of Reeses Corners.  Also missed by several nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his granddaughter Jennifer Robinson.

At South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Friday, January 20, 2012 of Exeter in her 85th  year.  Beloved wife of Winston Shapton for 61 years.  Dear mother of Carol and Bernie Jackson of Milton, Larry and Donna Shapton of Exeter, Paul and Cindy Shapton of London and Patti and Greg Dryden of Lima, Peru.  Dear grandmother of Stephen; David and Sarah, Laurel; Jonathan, Leanne, Pauline, Thomas; Jeffrey, Christopher, Kevin, Jennifer and great-grandmother to her little sweetheart Lily.  Dear sister-in-law of Helen and Jack Ollen-Bittle of Ennismore.  Predeceased by her brothers Flight Sergeant Franklin Zurbrigg and Bert Zurbrigg and sister-in-law Marg Zurbrigg.

Laurie’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to all the staff at South Huron Hospital for the care given to Laurie and the entire Shapton family over the past 4 months.

Peacefully, surrounded with the love of his family, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Wednesday, January 18, 2012, of Exeter and formerly of Farquhar in his 74th year.  Barry had a long and distinguished career as a cattle drover.  Beloved husband and best friend of Marg (Johns) Miller for 51 years.  Loving father Rob and Judy Miller, Ken and Melanie Miller and Shelly and Sam Toornstra all of Exeter.  Dear grandfather of Tyler (Ashley), Mathew; Jake, Jonathan; Ashley and Lucas.  Loved by his brother Bobby Miller of Chatham, brothers-in-law Don and Marjorie Johns and Ken Johns all of Staffa and sister-in-law Doris Rock of Exeter.

Dear father of Chantelle and Bryan Miller of Essex, Anthony Reaume, Drew Reaume, Robert and Heather Clark of Windsor, Evan Clark of Toronto, Camille and Derek Sweitzer of Zurich. Dear grandfather of Ashlyn and Nolan Miller, Isla Clark and Zachary and Nicholas Sweitzer. Dear son of Francis Reaume of Windsor and the late Eileen Kaschak and son-in-law of Charles and Maisie Baxter of Grand Bend. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Ronald and Jan Reaume of Maryland, Carole and Richard Pitre of Port Albert and William and Karen Kaschak of Windsor. Randy retired from the Windsor Separate School Board and was a member of the Mankind Project.

At Caressant Care, Harriston on Thursday, January 12, 2012 formerly of Dorchester and London in his 88th year.  Beloved husband of the late Marion (King) Martindale (2007).  Dear father of Peter Martindale (Fay) of Manitouwadge and Jim Martindale (Michael) of Surrey, B.C.  Dear grandfather of Mindy Squire (Jay) of Lucan and great-grandfather of Brendan and Kaley.  Dear brother-in-law of Dave and Lois King of Forest.  Predeceased by his sisters Isobel Brown and Nora Logan and his parents Earnest and Jennie Martindale.  Reg was a long time Mason and a member of the Mocha Shriners.

A memorial service will be held at the Dorchester United Church, 4100 Catherine Street North, Dorchester on Monday, January 16th at 11 AM with the Rev. Mary Stewart officiating.   Cremation with interment Dorchester Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Dorchester United Church would be appreciated by the family.

Dear father of sons Clark and Ronilee and David and Cathy all of London, Don and Heather of Edmonton and daughters Virda and Terry of Huntsville and Mary and Peter of London. Loved grandfather to 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Margaret Poore of Parkhill, Max Cadman of Strathroy, Craig and Marion Cadman of Kerwood and Bonnie and John Giffin of Corunna. Predeceased by his son Paul, sisters Elsie Knight and Agnes Cadman, brothers James and Gordon Cadman and 4 little angels.

James (Jim) Robert Handy

Beloved husband of Caroline (Lightfoot) Handy.  Dear father of Debbie and Ron Culbert of London, Bonnie and Dave Hotson of Brantford, Wilma and Rick Freeman of Lucan, Barb and Ron Densmore of Ailsa Craig, Brenda and Sandy Thompson of Parkhill and Jim Handy of London. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.  Dear brother and brother-in-law of Marie and Willis Bromley of Blyth and Grace Whittaker of Woodstock.  Jim was a veteran of the Korean War.
