Harry Wilson of London and formerly of Centralia in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Barbara (Dodd) Wilson for 51 years. Dear father to Nancy (Turner) and Rob Kell of Thorndale. Dear grandpa to Michael, Scott and Hayley Kell. Dear cousin of Douglas and Doreen Wilson of London. Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Flora (Hess) Wilson and sister-in-law Mary (Dodd) and her husband George Turner. Harry’s hobby and life-long interest was antique engines. Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 4th at 11 AM with Rev. Thomas Mitchell passed away peacefully at Craigwiel Gardens on Thursday, May 28, 2009 in his 81st year. Cherished husband for 49 years of the late Audrey (Becker) Mitchell (2004) and father of Ruth, Joe, Jim (Tami), Gerard, Cathy, Mike (Aimee), Margaret and Tommy (1975). Beloved grandfather of Rachel, Elysse and Joel Marcus; Lauren, Rebecca and Katrina Mitchell; Cole and Clara Mitchell; Gillian and Mary Labonté; Simon Mitchell; and Emma and Ella Mitchell. Dear brother of Bernice Walzack and Katherine Walters and brother-in-law of Louise, Marg and Sheila Mitchell, Pauline Nolan and Jim and Joanne Becker. Predeceased by his sisters Lauretta Carrigan and Marie Ross and brothers Leo, Harvey, Vern and Clarence. Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Friday evening 6-9 PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church, Lucan on Saturday, May 30th at 11 AM with Father Vincent Van Zutphen celebrant. Cremation with interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery. A luncheon will be held following mass at the Ailsa Craig Community Centre, 155 Annie Ada Shipley Street. In lieu of floral tributes, the family would appreciate donations to the Craigwiel Adult Day Program. The family would like to acknowledge Dr. Wynott and the staff at Craigwiel Gardens for the compassion and support.

At Craigwiel Gardens Nursing Home, Ailsa Craig on Sunday, May 24, 2009 Robert M. “Pete” Boxer formerly of Aylmer in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Edie (Greswell) Boxer. Dear father and grandfather of Craig and Nancy Boxer and their children Jamie, Jill and Kelly of Lucan, Cathy and Steven Byrd and their children Andrew and Meagan of Bolton and Jeff and Paula Boxer and their children Shiyan, Grace and Rudy of Ottawa. Dear brother of Barbara (Nan) Boxer of Kingston and brother-in-law of Norma Greswell of Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan and Jerry Greswell of Leamington. Pete retired from Imperial Leaf Tobacco in November 1987 after 42 years of service. He was also a proud veteran of the RCAF. Pete’s family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Andrew Whynot, the staff at Craigwiel Gardens Nursing Home and the Dialysis Unit at the London Health Sciences Foundation. A memorial service will be held at the Craigwiel Gardens Auditorium, 221 Main Street, Ailsa Craig on Saturday, May 30th at 11:30 AM with Rev.
