Dear grandfather of Mary and David Smith of Walkerton, Barbara and Vincent Pelkman of London, Jean and Robert Abbott of Tilsonburg, Jim and Kim Lumsden of RR #6 Strathroy, Douglas and Beverley Lumsden of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, Teresa Beets and Ken Wilde of Calgary, Alberta and Vincent Walter of Blyth. Also survived by 7 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a brother Donald (2005). Peacefully, at her late residence on Monday, April 23, 2007, Mary Anne (Bross) Brown of Ilderton and formerly of Mildmay, in her 58th year. Beloved wife of Daniel Brown. Dear mother of Jennifer and Colin Prichett and Christopher and Angela Brown all of Ottawa, and Matthew and Jennifer Galambos-Brown of London. Dear grandmother of Elizabeth Brown. Beloved daughter of Florence Bross of Mildmay and daughter-in-law of Emily Brown-Koehn and Heinz Koehn of Hanover. Dear sister of Gerald and Donna Bross, twin brother Michael and Marlene Bross, Richard and Debra Bross, Anne and Bob Dietz, William (Chip) and Susan Bross, Dan and Linda Bross, Jeff and Sharon Bross, Tim and Paula Bross all of Mildmay, Dennis and Mary Lou Bross of Listowel, Paulette and Ted Borodenko of Calgary, Joan and Kevin Lair of Walkerton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father William Bross, brother Harry and father-in-law Robert Brown.  Mary was an active member of the St. Patrick Parish CWL, Ilderton Optimists, London Newcomers and Alumni and London Gardening Club and she expressed her passion for fashion with her business Weekender ladies wear but her family mattered most of all. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church, Lucan on Friday, April 27th at 10 AM with Father Vincent Van Zutphen presiding. Interment St. Patricks’s Cemetery.
