Doug was predeceased by his brother Cameron (1993) and his sister Cathy (1987). Also survived by his nieces Stephanie and Madison, and nephews Jason and Connor. Peacefully at South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Wenesday, September 15, 2004 Victor T. Lutman of Huron Park in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Wilda (Rutledge) Lutman (1998). Dear father of Peter and Eleanor Lutman of Lock Sheldrake, N.Y. Dear grandfather of Peter and Sherry Lutman, great-grandfather of P.J. Lutman and his fiancee Megan Gilmour and James Shields, great-great-grandfather of Joshua Lutman all of Monticello, N.Y. Dear brother of Labelle Harness of Exeter. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son Glen Lutman (1990), a grandson David Lutman (2001), and  brother-in-law Harold Harness (2000). He belonged to the U.S.T.A. Association and the Canadian Association. Victor was selected man of the year at Monticello Raceway by the Harness Horsemen Association. He was a lifetime Horseman and raced in Canada and the United States at all race tracks. Daughter of Harold and Jean Butler of London and the late Doris (Kleinfeldt )Butler (1983). Mother of David, Deborah, Diana, Dwayne and Dora. Also survived by 14 grandchildren. Dear sister of Jerry Butler of Saskatoon, Sask. and Marlene and Rick Thornton of Exeter. Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex Hospital on Wednesday, September 8, 2004 Milton Reynolds Robbins in his 95th year.  Beloved husband of Edith (Leslie).  Dear father of Dalbert and his wife Elisabeth of Port Franks.  Loving grandfather of Stanley of Mississauga, Douglas and his wife Janet of Sarnia, Jeffrey and Katherine and her husband John O’Brien all of Hensall.  Dear great-grandfather of Nicole, Felisha, Devin and Lauren.  Dear brother of Roy and his wife Edith of Scott, Saskatchewan. Predeceased by his wives Katherine Staye (1969) and May Carter (1992), brother David (1991), sisters Pearl (1972) and Minnie (1982), and his parents David Wesley Robbins (1918), and Elizabeth Reynolds (1960).   During his lifetime he had a varied career, from farm help and construction worker, to owner of Canadian Tire in Exeter and was founder of Milt Robbins and Son Ltd. small engine repair.  He received a “Citizen of the Year” award in Stettler, Alberta and was very active in the senior’s community affairs there.  He moved back to Ontario in 1992 and kept busy with his golfing and bowling.  Friends may call at the Hopper Hockey Funeral Home, 370 Williams St, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 11th  at 10:30 AM with Rev. Predeceased by husbands Jacob de Jong (1954) and George Poortinga (1984) and children Durk (1954),  Aaltje (1954) and Wopkje (1959) de Jong. Survived by step-children Bertha van Soest, Jim and Henny Poortinga, Clarence and Pat Poortinga, Henry and Hilly Poortinga, Janke Wielenga and Alice Den Otter and 2 sisters and 1 brother. Also survived by 16 step-grandchildren, 21 step great-grandchildren and special niece Aaltje and Hendrik de Jong. Predeceased by step son-in-law John van Soest (2003) 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
